each apartment to guarantee the highest possible standard of delivery. We are thrilled with the final result and cannot wait

The landscaping at Comino is transforming the exterior into a breathtaking environment.
The eastern side of the building is over halfway complete, with raised garden beds now planted, including the
statement pool cabana rooftop. Architectural highlights include massive 2 and 3-tonne granite boulders
strategically placed along the eastern elevation, which will be illuminated by garden spotlighting.
Most impressively, 5-metre-tall Pandanus trees have been carefully craned into position,
creating a resort-like tropical atmosphere overlooking the parklands and marina.

The Comino Pool: Your Private Retreat
The pool area has been fully tiled, with heating equipment and filtration systems now being installed.
Luxurious pool sofas and lounges, personally selected by Kate Cooper of Kate Cooper Interiors, will be delivered in mid-April.
This expansive amenity promises to be so spectacular that residents might feel they’re perpetually on vacation.
Lobby: First Impressions Matter
The lobby is receiving its final refinements, with carpet and feature lighting being installed right before handover
along with soft furnishings, creating an inviting entrance that will impress both residents and guests.
The two building lifts have been completely tiled, and a relaxing seating area will overlook a stunning granite water feature.

We’ve implemented a comprehensive security system with an extensive network of cameras
throughout common areas, ensuring residents’ ultimate peace of mind. Our Cove Precinct On-Site Building Manager
is collaboratively planning move-in logistics with local removalist companies to guarantee
